Idea 2- Boxed

A teenage boy has mysteriously gone missing and has woken up inside a box, buried alive underground and has no idea how he got there. He has no source of food, lighting or that much oxygen left for him and even his memory from the last 24 hours has been taken from him. All he eventually finds is a phone that goes off, with another person on the line talking to him and asking him questions. He must answer the questions correctly to get out. He is able to answer some of the questions and is given a certain amount of time to answer them. Whilst this is going on his parents and the police force are searching for him, which brings in the sub-genre of a crime thriller. In the end he answers the last question wrong, ends up loosing to the game, his parents aren't able to find him and he dies from a lack of oxygen left in the box he was buried in.

This opening scene begins with pitch black darkness with chaotic panting sounds given off by the boy. His hands search frantically around the box, we hear him give up and weep when a light comes on and a phone in the bottom of the box vibrates and rings. He moves the phone with his leg towards his hand when eventually he answers the phone and all we hear is a strange hello from an electronic voice on the  other side of the phone, the shot then cuts to black.
